· Current immunizations- MMR, Tdap, Hep B, Varicella (chicken pox), and COVID
· TB test (if available)

What if I don’t have my immunization record?
Check with the county/local health department where you graduated high school. They often have access to records online.
There are blood tests, called a titers test, for all of the immunizations we require except the Tdap which has a booster every 10 years. A MAJEN representative can provide information on where to go for the titer blood tests. Fees for the titer tests are not included in the tuition, and are a separate fee paid by the student.
